Faith Statement

UNIMIL is an inter-denominational Christian organization.

As Christians, we accept the revelation of the triune God given through the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, confessing the historic faith of the gospel presented in them. As a Christian organization, UNIMIL adopts the Apostles’ Creed: “I believe in God the Father, Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit; born of the Virgin Mary; He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; rose from the dead on the third day; ascended to Heaven; He is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty, from whence He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit; in the Holy Church of Christ; in the communion of saints; in the remission of sins; in the resurrection of the body; and in eternal life.

Spirituality

We believe that a spiritual life leads us to hope, peace, and unity. Our goal is to empower the communities to build a stronger and more fulfilling relationship with themselves, one another, and their faith. With faith and love, we create a more compassionate and caring space that is dedicated to supporting and uplifting the ones in need.

Empathy

As a non-profit and hope-driven project, empathy is what creates a strong base for our missions, donations, and all of the changes that we help make. We cultivate it among our volunteers and supporters, encouraging them to develop a deeper understanding of the challenges and struggles that many families face every day.

Education

One of the most powerful tools for creating a positive change in the world is, undoubtedly, education. Our team is committed to providing the best opportunities for the communities, in particular children and young adults, and leading them to the realization of their full potential and developing the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

EDUCATION

Through donations, we can raise funds to provide a better space and system for African children and teens to study and create a sustainable future for their lives and careers. Our volunteers build schools and make them safe spaces to help these children find their way in life.

LEISURE

We all deserve some time off from the world here and there. This is what we hope to impact on the communities we work on by granting them activities such as sports, readings, and cultural groups.

FAITH

Faith brings us a sense of meaning and purpose, and that allows us to create a path that we can follow, a path that provides us with support and comfort. This is what we try to attain in these communities by building churches and evangelizing the people to seek a way where they can find connection and guidance.

ASSISTANCE

The quality of life of the people in the communities we serve is a top priority for us. We understand that many people there lack access to basic necessities like food, clean water, healthcare, hygiene, and clothing. That’s why we work tirelessly to provide assistance and support in these critical areas and make one of our primary goals to ensure that every person in the communities we serve has access to anything they need to have good health and life.
